Legal consulting

CĂRĂBAȘ, LUNGU – Attorneys at Law offers services of legal consulting to both natural persons and to legal persons (companies, non-profit organizations, etc.)

The legal consulting can be offered in writing (physical support, e-mail, fax, etc.) or verbally (at the seat of the company or in other locations, together with the client)

These can be:

writing and/or delivering to the client legal opinions and information regarding the problem to be analyzed
drawing up projects of legal documents (contracts, conventions, articles of corporations, etc.) and assisting the client to negotiations referring to these
taking part as a consultant in the activity of the ruling authorities of legal persons, according to the law
writing, on behalf of the client, requests, notifications, memoranda or petitions to authorities, institutions or other personals in order to represent and defend their rights and interests
activities of due diligence
